Crushkey User Agreement
Welcome to Crushkey App (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Please read the following terms carefully, especially those that exempt or limit liability, which will be highlighted in bold. If you object to any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to enter Crushkey. Entering Crushkey means that you (the "User") fully accept all the terms of this agreement. This agreement applies to all software services of Crushkey, including any services and software upgrades and updates you use during the term of this agreement. We may revise this agreement due to changes in relevant laws and regulations, business conditions, strategic adjustments, and software upgrades. The updated terms will take effect upon publication and replace the original terms. You can always use this software to review the latest version of the agreement. If you disagree with the changes, you may choose to immediately stop using this software and its services. If you continue to use this software, it will be deemed that you accept the changes to this agreement.
If you are under the age of 18, we recommend that you have your guardian carefully read this agreement and use our products and/or services or provide us with information only after obtaining your guardian's consent.
1. Service Content and Form
1.1 Crushkey is a mobile input method product designed to help users improve their language expression and communication skills. You can use Crushkey to reply to messages, optimize language expression, and more.
1.2 Service Form
1) To use this service, you need to download the Crushkey client software. This service offers multiple application versions of the Crushkey client software, including but not limited to iOS and Android. You must select the version that matches your terminal device.
2) Any direct or indirect use of Crushkey services and data by the user (e.g., via RSS feeds and external API references) will be regarded as unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this agreement. If the user disagrees with any of the terms of this agreement, please cease using all services provided by Crushkey.
2. Software Acquisition, Installation, Uninstallation, and Updates
2.1 Software Acquisition
1) You can obtain this software directly from Crushkey's website or from authorized third parties.
2) If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name from an unauthorized third party, Crushkey cannot guarantee its normal use and will not be liable for any resulting losses.
2.2 Software Installation and Uninstallation
1) Crushkey may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices. You should select and download the appropriate version based on your device.
2) After downloading the installation program, follow the prompts to install it correctly.
3) To provide better and more secure services, Crushkey may recommend installing additional software during the installation process, which you can choose to install or not.
4) If you no longer need the software or wish to install a new version, you may uninstall it at any time. If you are willing to help Crushkey improve its products, please share the reasons for uninstallation.
2.3 Software Updates
1) To enhance user experience and improve services, Crushkey will continuously develop new services and provide software updates from time to time (which may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrades, etc.).
2) To ensure the security and consistency of the software and services, we may update the software or modify and restrict certain functionalities.
3) After a new version of the software is released, the old version may no longer be usable. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of the old version or related customer support. Please check and download the latest version regularly.
4) You may stop using our services at any time, though we regret to see you go. Crushkey also reserves the right to discontinue services to you or impose new restrictions at any time.
3. User Conduct Guidelines and Precautions
3.1 Software Usage Guidelines
1) You warrant and agree not to, directly or indirectly:
(1) Remove, obscure, or alter any patent, copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices displayed on or contained in the Crushkey software service;
(2) Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of any part or function of the Crushkey software service or website;
(3) Circumvent, attempt to circumvent, or claim the ability to circumvent any content protection mechanisms or data measurement tools of the Crushkey software service;
(4) Use any registered or unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos, URLs, or other marks of Senyan Media Company in writing, without prior written consent from Senyan Media Company;
(5) Use any marks in a manner that discredits, dilutes, or damages the rights of the mark owners of Crushkey, or in a way that violates this agreement, or establishes or declares any obligations or grants any rights or permissions to yourself or any other person on behalf of Crushkey without written authorization from Crushkey, except as specified by Crushkey in writing. You shall not export any user information and must cease using and delete such information within 24 hours of obtaining it;
(6) Without the prior consent of the original user, display or otherwise provide any user information to any non-original user;
(7) Impersonate others or gain access to the Crushkey software service without authorization; or allow any other person to personally identify the user without explicit consent from the user.
(9) Without the company's written permission, no user or third party may, on their own or by authorizing, allowing, or assisting others, engage in the following acts regarding the information content of the Crushkey software and related services:
1. Copy, read, or adopt the information content of the "Crushkey" software and related services for commercial purposes such as publicity, increasing viewership or readership;
2. Edit, arrange, or compile the information content of the "Crushkey" software and related services without authorization, and display it on channels other than the source page of the "Crushkey" software and related services;
3. Use any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special marks or codes, to assist third parties in generating traffic, viewership guidance, diversion, or hijacking, or to negatively impact the information content of the "Crushkey" software and related services;
4. Other illegal acts of obtaining or using the information content of the "Crushkey" software and related services.
(10) Without the company's written permission, no user or third party may directly or indirectly steal the "Crushkey" software and related services' video, graphic, and text information content through any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, redundant theft, illegal scraping, simulated download, deep linking, fraudulent registration, etc.). They may also not delete or alter the rights management electronic information of such information content in any way (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform-specific marks, usernames, etc.).
(11) After obtaining written permission from the company, users and third parties must comply with the following guidelines when sharing or forwarding information content from the "Crushkey" software and related services:
. For any search keywords, hit rates, categories, search volumes, click-through rates, readership, and related data obtained through scraping, statistics, or otherwise, such data must not be disclosed, provided, or leaked to any third party without the company's prior written consent;
. No modifications of any kind may be made to the source pages of the "Crushkey" software and related services, including but not limited to the homepage links of the "Crushkey" software and related services. Additionally, no obstructions such as overlays, inserts, or pop-ups may be imposed on the display of the source pages;
. Robust, effective, and stringent measures must be taken to prevent the information content of the "Crushkey" software and related services from being illegally obtained by third parties through any means, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
. Related data and content must not be used for purposes outside the scope of the company's written permission. No form of sale or commercial use is permitted, nor may the data be leaked, provided, or made available to third parties for any purpose.
(12) If a user violates any of the above warranties, Crushkey reserves the right to impose penalties based on the severity of the violation, including warnings, content blocking, or account suspension. Should such violations result in losses to Crushkey, its users, or partners, the user shall bear full legal responsibility and compensate for the losses.
2) You agree:
(1) You shall not use the network service system for any illegal purposes; you shall not use the Crushkey software network services to infringe upon Crushkey's commercial interests in any form, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements without Crushkey's authorization; you shall not engage in any activities that may adversely affect the normal operation of the internet or mobile networks;
(2) You shall not use the Crushkey software services to engage in the following activities:
. You shall not use the network service system for any illegal purposes; you shall not use the Crushkey software network services to infringe upon Crushkey's commercial interests in any form, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements without Crushkey's authorization; you shall not engage in any activities that may adversely affect the normal operation of the internet or mobile networks;
. You shall not use the Crushkey software services to engage in the following activities:
. Without authorization, access computer information networks or utilize computer information network resources;
. Without authorization, delete, modify, or add to the functions of computer information networks;
. Without authorization, delete, modify, or add to data or application programs being stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks;
. Intentionally create or spread destructive programs such as computer viruses;
. Engage in any other activities that may endanger the security of computer information networks.
3.2 User Precautions
1) You understand and agree that Crushkey has the right to impose penalties, based on reasonable judgment, for any behavior that violates relevant laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement. For any illegal or non-compliant user, appropriate legal action may be taken, and relevant information may be preserved and reported to the authorities. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any such actions.
2) You understand and agree that if you violate this agreement or related service terms, leading to any claims, demands, or losses asserted by third parties, you shall bear the responsibility independently. If Senyan Media Company suffers any losses as a result, you shall also provide full compensation.
3) You understand and agree that to provide effective services, this software may utilize the processor and bandwidth resources of your terminal device. During the use of this software, data traffic fees may be incurred, and you are responsible for inquiring about relevant pricing details from your service provider and bearing such costs.
4) When using specific services of this software, you must read and agree to any separate agreements or business rules related to such services. Your use of these specific services constitutes acceptance of the related separate agreements or business rules.
5) When using this software and its services, you must assume the following risks arising from factors beyond Crushkey's control, including but not limited to:
(1) Risks of personal information loss or leakage due to force majeure;
(2) You must select a software version compatible with your terminal device. Any issues or damages resulting from incompatibility between the software and the device model shall be your sole responsibility;
(3) Risks of slow page loading in Crushkey due to unstable wireless network signals or low bandwidth.
6) Third-Party Products and Services
(1) When using third-party products or services through this software, please comply with the third party's user agreement. Senyan Media Company is not liable for any disputes that may arise between you and third parties regarding their products or services.
(2) When you use this software or request Crushkey to provide specific services, the software may call upon third-party systems or rely on third-party support for your use or access. The results of such use or access are provided by the third party. Senyan Media Company does not guarantee the security, accuracy, effectiveness, or other uncertainties of services and content provided by third parties. Any disputes or damages arising therefrom are unrelated to Senyan Media Company, which assumes no liability.
(3) You understand and agree that Senyan Media Company has the right to use this software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to developing and using certain services of this software to promote third parties. However, this does not imply that Senyan Media Company assumes any legal liability for third-party products or services. Senyan Media Company承诺在推广过程中严格按照本协议约定保护您的个人信息，同时您亦可以根据系统设置选择屏蔽、拒绝接收相关推广信息。
4. User Personal Information Protection
4.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of Senyan Media Company. Senyan Media Company will take reasonable measures to safeguard user personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, Senyan Media Company will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission. The Privacy Policy of Crushkey outlines how Senyan Media Company collects and uses your personal information when you use Crushkey services. By using Crushkey services, you agree that Senyan Media Company may collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Senyan Media Company employs professional encryption for data storage and transmission to ensure the security of your personal information.
4.2 During the application process for this service, you are required to provide certain necessary information. Please ensure that this information is truthful, accurate, lawful, and valid, and update it promptly to allow Senyan Media Company to provide timely assistance and better services. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, please provide genuine identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, you may be unable to use this service or may encounter restrictions during use.
4.3 Generally, you may browse and modify the information you have submitted at any time. However, for security and identity verification purposes (e.g., account recovery services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information or other verification details provided during registration.
4.4 Senyan Media Company will implement various security technologies and procedures and establish comprehensive management systems to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
4.5 Without your consent, Senyan Media Company will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of Senyan Media Company, except as required by laws and regulations.
4.6 Senyan Media Company places great emphasis on protecting the personal information of minors. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using Crushkey services.
4.7 You should fully respect the personal information of any individual, including other users, that you may access, learn about, or come into contact with through this service. You must not collect, copy, store, disseminate, or otherwise use such personal information. Any consequences arising from such actions shall be your sole responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
Crushkey is a content acquisition platform. We respect and encourage Crushkey users to commit to protecting intellectual property as one of the fundamental principles of Crushkey's operations.
4.1 Senyan Media Company reserves full and indivisible ownership and intellectual property rights to the following:
(1) All elements of the Crushkey software service, including but not limited to all content, data, technology, software, code, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other commercial identifiers, as well as any derivative works related to them;
(2) Any information and feedback provided by users in connection with the Crushkey software service.
4.2 Without the consent of Senyan Media Company, none of the above materials may be directly or indirectly published, broadcast, rewritten for broadcast or publication purposes, or used for any other commercial purposes on any media. These materials or any part thereof may be saved on a computer for private use only. Senyan Media Company shall not be liable in any form for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of these materials or during the transmission or delivery of all or part of the materials, whether legal or economic.
4.3 The Crushkey software service uses any software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, and additional programs contained in the software) to provide network services. All rights to such software belong to the copyright owner of the software. Without the permission of the copyright owner, users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the original code of the software, or engage in any acts涉嫌of infringing copyright.
4.4 You understand and agree that any sharing, forwarding, or copying of information content from the Crushkey platform must comply with the standards and guidelines established by the platform, including but not limited to presenting the information in its original link format and ensuring that all functionalities associated with the information content remain fully operational.
4.5 Any unauthorized acquisition of information without the written consent of Senyan Media Company and the rights holders constitutes illegal infringement. You acknowledge and agree that to safeguard your legitimate rights and interests under this service in a timely and effective manner, you expressly authorize Senyan Media Company to take legal action on your behalf when it discovers that your rights (including but not limited to information dissemination rights and copyright) may be infringed upon. Such legal action may include, but is not limited to, infringement monitoring, warning letters, administrative reporting, litigation, arbitration, referral to investigative authorities, mediation, and settlement. Please note that your authorization to Senyan Media Company does not imply any profit-sharing mechanism between Senyan Media Company and you.
4.6 All intellectual property rights to the content included in this service are protected by law. No one may use or create derivative works without the written permission of Senyan Media Company, users, or relevant rights holders.
6. Terms for Minors
5.1 If you are under the age of 18, you must read and agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with their consent before using the "Crushkey" software and related services.
5.2 Crushkey prioritizes the protection of minors' personal information. Minor users should enhance personal protection awareness and exercise caution when filling out personal information, and use the "Crushkey" software and related services correctly under the guidance of a guardian.
5.3 Minor users and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws, regulations, or the terms of this agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
5.4 Special Reminders for Minor Users
(1) Minors should use the "Crushkey" software and related services under the supervision of a guardian and learn to use the internet correctly within a reasonable scope to avoid addiction to virtual spaces and develop good internet habits.
(2) Adolescent users must adhere to the
A. Use the internet for learning and avoid exposure to harmful information;
B. Communicate honestly and-friendly, and do not insult or deceive others;
C. Enhance self-protection awareness and do not meet strangers online;
D. Safeguard internet security and do not disrupt network order;
E. Maintain physical and mental well-being and do not become addicted to virtual spaces;
(3) To better protect minors' privacy rights, the company reminds you to exercise caution when posting content featuring minors. By posting such content, you warrant that you have obtained the rights holder's consent to display minors' images, voices, and other information on the "Crushkey" software and related services, and permit the company to use and process such content in accordance with this agreement.
5.5 Special Reminder for Guardians. If your ward uses the "Crushkey" software and related services, you as the guardian should guide and supervise the registration and usage behavior of your ward. Should your ward apply for a Crushkey account, the company will assume that you have granted consent.

7. Disclaimer
6.1 Given the nature of network services, users agree that Crushkey software services may change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the network services at any time. If the changed, interrupted, or terminated network services are free, Crushkey is not required to notify users and shall not bear any responsibility to users or any third parties.
6.2 You understand that the Crushkey software service may need to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment providing network services. If such maintenance causes reasonable downtime for paid network services, the Crushkey software service shall not bear any responsibility but will endeavor to provide prior notice.
6.4 Crushkey software service does not guarantee (including but not limited to):
(1) That the service will meet your requirements;
(2) That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any products, services, or other materials obtained through the service will meet your expectations;
(3) Any risks arising from the use of materials obtained through the service are borne by you, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result.
6.5 Senyan Media Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect compensation for profits, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:
(1) Use or inability to use this service;
(2) Any products, materials, or services obtained through this service;
(3) Unauthorized use or modification of your data; and other matters related to this service.
6.6 Any disputes or losses arising from your authorization of third parties (including third-party applications) to access or use this service shall be borne by you.
6.7 Senyan Media Company will provide you with corresponding services based on the type of service you choose. You understand and agree that, based on a comprehensive range of factors including user experience, platform security, platform rules, and healthy development of the Crushkey platform, Senyan Media Company has the right to select partners for service provision or collaboration, to determine the objects and scope of functional openness, data interfaces, and related data disclosure, and to suspend or terminate this service to users with circumstances including but not limited to the following:
(1) Violation of laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement;
(2) Impact on user experience;
(3) Security risks;
(4) Violation of Crushkey platform operation principles or failure to meet other management requirements of Senyan Media Company.
8. Third-Party Software or Technology
7.1 This software may utilize third-party software or technology (including open-source code and public domain code used by this software, among others), which has been legally authorized.
7.2 If this software uses third-party software or technology, Senyan Media Company will display relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with regulations or agreements. This may be done through appendices to this agreement, specific folders within the software installation package, or via open-source software pages, among other forms. These agreements, other documents, and web pages, expressed in forms such as "Software License Agreements," "Authorization Agreements," or "Open Source Code Licenses," are integral parts of this agreement with equal legal effect. You are required to comply with these provisions. If you fail to adhere to these requirements, the third party or relevant authorities may initiate legal proceedings, impose fines, or take other punitive measures against you, and Senyan Media Company shall not be liable for your legal responsibilities.
7.3 Any disputes arising from the use of third-party software or technology in this software shall be resolved by the third party. Senyan Media Company shall not be liable and does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you require assistance, please contact the third party directly.
9. Other
8.1 In light of internet development, changes in laws, regulations, and normative documents, or business needs, Crushkey reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this agreement. Once the terms of this agreement are updated, they will be published directly within the Crushkey application or on the official website and will replace the original terms. This publication shall be deemed as notification of the amended content to users. Crushkey may also use system notifications or private messaging to inform users of modifications to agreement terms, service changes, or other important matters.
8.2 If users disagree with modifications made to the terms of this agreement by Crushkey, they have the right and should cease using Crushkey. Continued use of Crushkey will be regarded as acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept the amended agreement, you should discontinue use of this software.
8.3 The headings preceding each clause of this agreement are included solely for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the main intent of the clauses and do not affect or limit the interpretation or meaning of the agreement. To safeguard your rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read the specific wording of each clause.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the matters stipulated herein and any other related matters, and no other rights are granted to the parties beyond those specified in this agreement.
8.6 Within the permissible scope of the law, the final interpretation rights of this agreement belong to Senyan Media Company. Thank you again for your trust and use of Crushkey!
